When listing properties, I always use a Professional Photographer – for ALL my listings. The owner of a lower-priced home is no less deserving of my highest level of service than the owner of the luxury property. It is a part of my marketing plan. As a Real Estate Professional I have both a professional and a moral obligation to treat all my clients the same and to give 100 percent of my effort to market their home, irrespective of the commission I earn at Closing. It also strengthens the image and perception of the Real Estate Industry of which I am so proud to be a part of.
